Simply I’m a husband, father, musician, and youth pastor in small town Montana.  God is the reason I’m alive, and I’m just trying to figure out how to live out that mystery…

More intimately, I currently am on staff at New Life Foursquare Church – I serve as a pastor for worship and student ministries.  I have been at New Life since I was 19, when we first planted the church in 2002.  I have the great privilege of serving under my pastor, Steve Schreiner.  It has been God’s grace that has allowed me such a long journey with New Life (as well as Steve’s grace to continue to invest in me).  It is my heart to do whatever it is that the Lord asks of me.

JoAnna has been a blessing as my wife since 2004 – Alia was born in November of 2007 and she has been a great lesson for me in what it means for the Father to love me.  We are also expecting our second child the beginning of November.  I thought we had decided on names, but…things change.

As I mentioned earlier, I love the mystery of Christ – not solving it, but pursuing it, through written word and music (which comes in the form of a band I am a part of, Sky Collide, and my own personal dabbling).  I am also going to school to get a degree in web design and development.  If you’re interested in any of that (including helping me pursue this grand idea of Christ) check out my page on LORE.
